The Clubhouse is a leasing center, cafe, gym and outdoor entertaining space for a new South Austin apartment community. Set within a gently sloping, heavily wooded site, the Clubhouse features warm, natural materials and an expressive roofline to engage the residents and broader neighborhood.  Anchoring the Clubhouse is an all-day cafe serving coffee in the morning and natural wines into the evening. 

Large, steel skylight pop-ups in the roof allow dappled light from above into the buildings airy and vaulted ceilings.   A lush landscape blends the building into its wooded context while rustic, West Texas furniture provides a laid back and inviting moment of reprieve.
